We are constantly reminded of how lucky we are to live in such a rural spot with the diversity of the wildlife. Within the wildflower meadows many species of insects, bees and butterflies can be spotted.

We are lucky to also have badgers living within the grounds of the site but these secretive creatures have only been spotted with a night time wildlife camera as they like to explore once you have gone to bed.

Many birds of prey are frequently in the close vicinity, kestrels can be seen hunting and buzzards and red kites soaring up high in the sky. If you are luckly enough you may also spot the local owls hunting for prey during the summer evenings.
